We are pleased that you have come to this page to get all the details for our official Spring Bowling League to be held at Brunswick Foothill Lanes in Fontana!

So, here are the details-

                                            -This is a 16 week ADULT league ONLY. (Sorry, no kids can bowl on any team at any time)

                                            -We only have 20 team spots available, first come first served.

                                            -Each team will consist of up to 3 players ONLY. In the event you have only two members

                                             on your team, a third member may be added to your team in order to fill spots.

                                            -If you are an individual who would like to join a team, we recommend that you post your request

                                             on our Facebook page with the title "NEED A BOWLER?". Also, you can be put on a list

                                             with us and we will place individuals on short-handed teams on a first come first served basis.

                                            -Again, this is a 16 week league. And in the event you miss a week, you will still be required to pay

                                            the weekly dues even for weeks missed in order to continue on with the season, so your dedicated

                                            participation each week is greatly recommended. No Exceptions please.

                                            -Weekly dues are payable by cash or check, each individual bowlers dues are

                                            $15 to bowl three sanctioned games each week, and must be collected by League Secretary

                                             before league play each week. More info to come.

                                            -League day and time= Start day is Sunday April 27th @ 2pm, and then each Sunday week after

                                            week always at 2pm until the final 16th week has concluded.

                                            -There is a one-time USBC sanctioning fee of $20 per each bowler. NOT per team.

                                              No Exceptions please!

                                           

                                             This amount is a one-time standard fee to join the league and to receive future incentives and

                                             awards based upon certain scores and merits. For example, let's say you bowl a 300,

                                             you get to pick out a gold ring possibly with diamonds in it from the USBC prize catalog!

                                             THIS AMOUNT MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE FIRST WEEK STARTS!!!!!

                                            -At the end of the 16 weeks, CASH PRIZES* will be handed out to the top three placed teams.

                                             (Trophies will also be handed out to top three teams, Men's High Game, Women's High Game,

                                               Men's High Average, and Women's High Average)                                             

                                                    -1st place team could win $1,000!!!*

                                                    -2nd place team could win $600!!!*

                                                    -3rd place team could win $300!!!*

                                               (* payouts have been determined upon an average minimum of 40 individual paying             

                                                  bowlers participating each and every week. We doubt there will be any changes,

                                                  but that's how these numbers were figured at this time. Prize amounts may be

                                                  subject to change if we don't meet a minimum attendance by the start

                                                  of league play, or they may be raised if more people join and maintain perfect

                                                  attendance!)

                                                                             

                                              -Every week, prior to start of first game, we will be selling tickets and running a

                                               50/50 CASH PAYOUT raffle. Each ticket will only be $1 (no specials for bulk ticket sales)

                                               What this is, well let's say 30 bowlers in our league purchase $5 worth of tickets each.

                                               The total amount of the sales 100% would be $150.

                                               Now the 50/50 part...We take HALF of that amount ($75), and each end of games winner

                                               would instantly receive $25 in cash! The other $75 is held back to account for the

                                               cash prize distribution at the end of the 16 week league. In theory, you have a good chance of

                                               paying two weeks worth of your own bowling by winning just one raffle at the end of one game!

                                               This breakdown is just an example, payouts will likely be much higher.

                                               So again, start date is Sun. April 27th @ 2pm at the Brunswick Fontana Lanes.

                                               We strongly encourage those who are intestered to get your teams together QUICK!

                                                This league will be open to the public to join if needed to fill spots or to fulfill

                                                the wishes of Brunswick and its operations, and of course we welcome other 49ERS chapters

                                                to join us as well!
